Dear Canadian Radio-Television Telecommunications Commission (CRTC)

Dear Canadian Radio-Television Telecommunications Commission (CRTC),

As the executive director of the Roma Commuity Centre based in Toronto, I want you to be aware that I filed a hate propaganda complaint against Sun Media personality Ezra Levant. The Toronto Police Hate Crime Unit found enough evidence to recommend prosecution under the Canadian Criminal Code section 319, subsection 2, which refers to the willful and public promotion of hatred. The Deputy Attorney General of Ontario, Patrick Monahan, told me that they will not follow the police recommendations because they fear that "IT WILL BECOME A BIT OF A CIRCUS".

Unless Sun Media takes the ethical approach by firing the hate monger that they employ, I sincerely hope that the CRTC will reject Sun's application for funding.

Today, April 23, 2013, a large group of concerned Canadians will be holding a protest against Sun Media's application and calling for the firing of Ezra Levant outside of the CRTC regional office in Toronto.

Hopefully, you hear our voices and encourage Sun Media to do the right thing, or reject their application. Please, do not be the deliverer of hatred into Canadian homes.
