The Conservatives invited two witnesses to the Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration today from the Canadian Immigration Report, an organisation associating itself with racists and hate groups.

On the Canadian Immigration Report website, we can find among other things, an interview with well-known Canadian white supremacist Paul Fromm:

“Certainly the policy in Canada is one of ethnic cleansing and replacement. By 2015, the European founding settler people will be a minority … we will have been ethnically cleansed out of our own country.”

Deutsche Presse-Agentur reports that the neo-Nazi National Democratic Party of Germany (NPD) is making millions through the sale of clothing, promotional materials and recorded music featuring hateful, racist content. Yesterday a Norwegian public enquiry commission released a report and found that the attack that left 77 people dead and 240 wounded last summer, could have been avoided if police and other authorities had not been so slow to react.

Anders Behring Breivik is now on trial for the attack, which included a bombing in central Oslo that left eight people dead, and a shooting spree at a youth camp on nearby Utoya Island, where 69 people died. Many of the dead were young people.

Mitt Romney Comments At Fundraiser Outrage Palestinians

JERUSALEM -- Mitt Romney told Jewish donors Monday that their culture is part of what has allowed them to be more economically successful than the Palestinians, outraging Palestinian leaders who suggested his comments were racist and out of touch with the realities of the Middle East. Romney's campaign later said his remarks were mischaracterized.
